MUNDO, the internationally inspired concert series, returns to the Miami Beach Bandshell in spring 2026. Presented by Live Arts Miami in partnership with The Rhythm Foundation, MUNDO celebrates the transformative power of global music, cultural exchange, and community through live performance.
This season, three visionary artists bring their unique sounds to Miami, spanning continents, generations, and genres.
March 5 — Ángeles Toledano
One of Spain’s most exciting emerging flamenco voices, Ángeles Toledano blends deep-rooted flamenco tradition with contemporary influences in her latest album, Sangre Sucia. Her performance is a journey through strength, vulnerability, and resilience, capturing flamenco in its purest and most daring form.
March 25 — Cymande
The legendary British funk and soul collective Cymande returns to the stage with their timeless, groove-driven sound. Formed in the 1970s by Caribbean immigrants in the UK, Cymande’s music – rich in African rhythms, jazz, and spiritual consciousness – has influenced generations of hip-hop, soul, and rare groove artists. Their performance reaffirms their place as cultural pioneers.
April 12 — Bab L’Bluz
Bab L’Bluz fuses psychedelic rock, blues, and North African Gnawa traditions in high-energy performances led by Moroccan-French vocalist Yousra Mansour. With electric guembri and multilingual lyrics, their music celebrates resistance, freedom, and cultural pride, creating an electrifying sound rooted in the heritage of the Maghreb.
